EHS Engineer

About the role

3M is seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives at its Bangkok facility. The role involves partnering with plant teams to manage risks and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance programs for air, water, waste, stormwater, and chemical management.
• Monitor environmental permits, records, inspections, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct routine environmental inspections and support audits or regulatory visits.
• Partner with plant teams to identify and resolve environmental risks.
• Support waste reduction, pollution prevention, and sustainability projects.
• Investigate environmental incidents and help implement corrective actions.
• Provide environmental guidance and training to employees and contractors.
• Lead EMS system implementation as Environmental / ISO 14001 Coordinator.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental management and ISO 14001 implementation.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing plant environment.
