EHSQ Manager

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced EHSQ Manager to lead environmental, health, safety and quality management across plant operations in Bangkok, Thailand. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, drives risk mitigation, and promotes a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs, awareness activities and training aligned with corporate EHSQ requirements.
• Maintain legal and regulatory registers, monitor changes in Thai occupational safety, health and environmental laws, and advise management on compliance gaps.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and manage corrective actions for high‑risk activities such as HAZOP, FMEA, MOC, PSSR, JSA and work permits.
• Oversee the Integrated Management System, ensuring ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, coordinate audits and manage non‑conformities.
• Manage product safety and chemical compliance (RoHS, REACH), dangerous goods handling, waste management and environmental performance.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, crisis management, business continuity and site security activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS, chemical/process safety, environmental management or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand’s occupational safety, health and environmental regulations.

Required skills

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 implementation and audit.
• Risk assessment methodologies: HAZOP, FMEA, MOC, PSSR, JSA.
• Dangerous Goods Regulations, RoHS, REACH compliance.
• Waste and effluent treatment, scrubber operation, environmental discharge standards.
• EHS training needs analysis, training matrix and delivery.
