Key responsibilities

• Work on real projects that contribute to the success of LSEG, similar to graduate responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, test, and deploy technology solutions supporting financial markets.

• Passion for technology demonstrated through work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic projects.
• Interest in financial markets and how technology underpins them.
• Curiosity for data, analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Resilience, adaptability to fast‑paced environments and strong communication skills.
