Facilities Director

About the role

The Facilities Director will lead the Facility organization in Thailand, ensuring that infrastructure, safety and environmental standards support NXP's short‑ and long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain facility infrastructures that meet business and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and optimise all facility‑related systems to control costs and resource usage.
• Lead, evaluate and develop facility staff including managers, engineers and technicians.
• Own the Facility department’s performance, including EHS and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement toward best‑in‑class facility operations.
• Collaborate with NXP global facilities and contribute to the ATBK Management Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in a facility‑related engineering field (mechanical, power, electronic, etc.).
• 10‑15 years of experience in a facility environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• HVAC and sprinkler system certifications.
• Computer‑aided design (CAD) proficiency.
• Knowledge of industrial controls, electrical and electronics systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of budgeting and accounting practices.
