Finance Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities, providing insightful analysis to help the business achieve its objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the compilation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Track actual performance against targets, perform variance analysis and prepare commentary.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and routine reports for budget owners.
• Assist operational teams with finance‑related processes such as expense notes, purchase orders and payments.
• Help ensure compliant financial operations by reviewing and preparing internal control reports.
• Follow up on purchase orders, invoicing and overdue invoices with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to enhancing existing reports and processes, and support ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Head of Finance.

Required profile

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Service‑oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented attitude and high dependability.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Foundational knowledge of P&L statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow logic.
• Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English.
