Finance Assistant Manager – Valuation & Corporate Services

About the role

You will join the Financial Advisory team as an Assistant Manager, reporting to the Financial Advisory Partner. The role focuses on executing M&A advisory and valuation engagements, supporting business development, and managing client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of corporate finance engagements, including M&A, fundraising, business strategy, financial modelling and market entry assessments.
• Prepare and review information memoranda, business plans, financial models, valuation analyses and transaction‑related deliverables.
• Coordinate buyer and seller due diligence, review transaction documentation, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Execute business and equity valuations, purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuations and apply appropriate valuation methodologies.
• Supervise junior team members, review work deliverables and ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• 5–7 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance and M&A within Big‑4, accounting firms or investment banks.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, FA, MBA is highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written English and Thai communication skills.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
