Finance Business Partner – MCL

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead the operational finance team for a defined unit in Thailand. The role focuses on reporting, budgeting, business partnering and driving performance transparency across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, scenario simulations and business cases for decision making.
• Analyse monthly P&L by customers and sites, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Build financial models and business cases, supporting Product and Country Heads.
• Lead initiatives and projects, monitoring progress and ensuring execution.
• Contribute to the Finance Business Partner community across the Mekong Area and Asia Pacific.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics/services finance, planning & analysis or corporate planning.
• Strong financial acumen, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or Business Intelligence tools.
