เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง
เรากำลังมองหา Financial Officer หรือเจ้าหน้าที่แผนกการเงินเพื่อดูแลงานด้านการเงินขององค์กรในกรุงเทพฯ ทำงานเต็มเวลา 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ถึงศุกร์
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- รับชำระค่าเช่าและค่าบริการจากลูกค้า
- ออกใบเสร็จและใบกำกับภาษีตามกฎหมาย
- จัดทำเอกสารรับเงินและบันทึกบัญชี
- ติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระและจัดทำเอกสารหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการเงินและบัญชี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและทำงานเป็นทีม
