About the role
The Flight Operations Engineer – Cabin joins Airbus' flight operations support team, working closely with the Flight Operations Support & Training Standards department to produce and maintain flight operations manuals for cabin systems worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Author and update flight operations manuals (CCOM) in line with STL‑defined standards and customer feedback.
- Manage aircraft configuration data to ensure manuals reflect the correct cabin definition for each aircraft.
- Respond to customer queries on cabin‑related flight operations matters and ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering.
- 2‑5 years experience in airline operations or as a Flight Attendant.
- Advanced English communication skills and ability to work in an international, multifunctional environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with XML authoring tools for structured documentation.
- General knowledge of aircraft cabin systems.
- Strong IT tool usage for documentation management.
