Granulate & POU Operator (MFW1.1)

About the role

The Granulate & POU Operator (MFW1.1) works on Bosch's smart factory in Rayong, Thailand, supporting the production of gasoline injection systems. The role ensures smooth operation of granulate handling, moisture control, and material flow within the molding area.

Key responsibilities

• Support filling and transport of bagged granulate to the central granulate area.
• Check granulate moisture levels and material quality to keep machines running smoothly.
• Update and follow up work‑in‑progress (WIP) in the molding area.
• Assist setters with up‑mold and down‑mold operations.
• Confirm machine, equipment, and cleaning status before starting work.
• Control and follow the Kanban system, including returns from assembly.
• Verify quantity, labeling, and part numbers.
• Manage plastic part stock and quantities in the SAP system.
• Adhere to BPS standards such as KANBAN, 5S, and 14Q.
• Work according to company regulations and departmental standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school, higher vocational education or above.
• 1‑2 years experience as a production operator or in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Fair English communication skills (reading and writing); additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑oriented with good cooperation skills.
• Ability to use a magnifier for visual inspection.
• Entrepreneurial, accountable, and quality‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
