About the role

Lead the growth strategy for OnDemand Education, a key pillar of LEARN Corporation, by shaping product vision, driving acquisition tactics and optimizing the revenue funnel.

Key responsibilities

Define product strategy, business models, audience segments and growth initiatives.
Conduct market, competitive and user research to inform product positioning and roadmap.
Lead cross‑functional teams (R&D, sales, teachers, communication) to execute the growth plan and product launches.
Manage release planning, communication and alignment with stakeholder priorities.
Analyze data to optimize customer acquisition, retention and upsell processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
3+ years of business and leadership experience with strong strategic planning and execution skills.
Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments, create structure and prioritize.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
