About the role
Join AIG as Head of Auto Claims in Bangkok and lead a high‑performing claims team for a global market leader. Reporting to the Thailand Country Claims Manager, you will shape the auto claims strategy, manage performance and budget, and develop talent across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Auto Claims team to achieve strategic goals and operational targets.
- Maintain relationships and communication with profit centres, regional offices, distribution channels and business partners.
- Design and implement auto‑claims strategies aligned with global and country business plans.
- Oversee claim quality, quantity, cost control and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and deliver accurate claim management reports on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Extensive experience in claims management and strong negotiation abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- People‑management and influencing capabilities with a calm, assertive approach to complaints.
