About the role
As Head of Key User Management you will lead the business unit responsible for industrial and corporate key‑user accounts. You will drive revenue growth, margin improvement and pipeline development while shaping the market strategy for manufacturing and assembly line environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Key User business, delivering revenue, margin and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute a country‑wide Key User strategy aligned with regional priorities.
- Lead major project conversions, on‑site demonstrations and solution‑selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management and regional teams to create industry‑focused growth road‑maps.
- Acquire, develop and retain strategic corporate and industrial accounts, establishing long‑term partnerships and framework agreements.
- Lead, coach and build a high‑performing Key User sales team, enforcing disciplined sales cycles and pipeline management.
Required profile
- 8‑12+ years of sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction or power‑tools sectors.
- Proven leadership of key‑account or Key User teams.
- Strong exposure to corporate or industrial customers, preferably in manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Data‑driven, disciplined in CRM usage and sales execution.
