Head of Key User Management (Industrial & Corporate Customers)

About the role

Lead the Key User business for industrial and corporate customers, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and expanding the customer pipeline across manufacturing and assembly environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own Key User business performance including revenue, margin and pipeline.
• Lead penetration into manufacturing and assembly line environments and create an industry‑focused growth roadmap.
• Drive major project conversions, on‑site demonstrations and solution selling that combines tools, accessories, services and application know‑how.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product management and regional teams.
• Define and execute the country Key User strategy aligned with regional priorities.
• Acquire, develop and retain strategic corporate and industrial Key User accounts, establishing long‑term partnerships and framework agreements.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Key User team, implementing disciplined sales call cycles and pipeline management.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction or power tools.
• Proven leadership experience managing key account or Key User teams.
• Strong exposure to corporate or industrial customers, ideally in manufacturing or assembly environments.
