About the role
We are seeking a Hotel E‑Commerce Associate (OTA Specialist) to oversee the online distribution of our hotel partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and channel managers, ensuring that inventory, rates and availability are accurately reflected to maximise revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update hotel listings on all major OTAs.
- Coordinate with channel managers to synchronize rates and availability across platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue.
- Provide timely support to hotel partners regarding OTA issues.
Required profile
- Fluent in Thai (Thai‑only candidates).
- Strong interest in hospitality and e‑commerce.
- Detail‑oriented with good analytical mindset.
Required skills
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management processes.
