HR & Internship Management Intern – Power Solutions

About the role

As an HR & Internship Management Intern you will support the full lifecycle of internship programmes, assist HR development activities and contribute to employer branding and digitalisation projects within Bosch’s Power Solutions site in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and documentation for foreign interns and liaise with the HR Shared Service Team.
• Lead and organise internship activities and university collaboration events such as career fairs and campus visits.
• Assist HR Development with training administration, learning programmes and evaluation.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Prepare materials for company engagement activities and support HRBP projects, monthly reports and workshops.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Minimum four‑month internship starting November 2026.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, collaborative and eager to learn.
