About the role
ACCIONA Energía, the world’s largest 100% renewable energy company, is seeking an HR Officer to support its operations in Thailand. The role involves managing employee records, payroll, and supporting employee development while ensuring compliance with Thai labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and organizational charts in Workday.
- Process monthly payroll, tax withholdings, and year‑end tax forms in coordination with Accounting.
- Administer social security, workmen’s compensation, and group insurance benefits.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and relocation processes for expatriates.
- Plan internal employee events and team‑building activities.
- Support the annual performance appraisal and training programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in HR operations, payroll or administration.
- Good communication skills in Thai and professional proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
- Working knowledge of Thai Labor Law and personal tax rules.
