HSE Auditor (Lead & On‑site)

About the role

The HSE Auditor will conduct on‑site environmental, health and safety audits for clients in Thailand, ensuring compliance with ISO management system standards. The role may involve acting as an auditor or as a lead auditor, coordinating audit teams and reporting findings to clients and internal technical managers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and review on‑site audits, including opening and closing meetings and audit scope adjustments.
• Lead audit teams, assign tasks, manage external experts, and communicate progress to clients.
• Evaluate audit evidence, classify non‑conformities, and draft comprehensive audit reports.
• Recommend certification decisions to the Technical Manager based on audit outcomes.
• Maintain audit programme quality and suggest improvements for future audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum four years of practical experience in Environmental Health & Safety, with at least two years in consulting or auditing.
• Fluent spoken and written English and a valid driver’s licence with own car.
• Strong planning, organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead Auditor certification or equivalent auditing qualifications.
• Proficiency in conducting audits and preparing audit reports.
• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office).
