About the role
WHA Corporation is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive the leasing and sale of industrial and office properties in Thailand. The role requires fluency in both English and Chinese to serve a diverse client base and expand market reach.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with prospective tenants and buyers for industrial and office spaces.
- Conduct market research and present property solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals in English and Chinese.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to integrate 3PL and solutions‑design insights into property offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM system.
Required profile
- Proven track record in real‑estate sales, preferably focused on industrial or office properties.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (HSK 5 or higher).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Background or familiarity with 3PL, warehouse operations, or solutions design is a plus.
