Industrial Performance Engineer

About the role

Michelin Asia Pacific (Thailand) is looking for an Industrial Performance Engineer to join its Industrial Progress Team. The team aims to improve operational efficiency, productivity and value creation by driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting strategic projects. The role plays a key part in operational excellence, productivity improvement and sustainable business performance across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and productivity improvement by leading continuous improvement initiatives using the DMAIC methodology to enhance performance, efficiency and value across People, Profit and Planet.
• Manage and support improvement projects by applying Michelin Way tools and methodologies to achieve sustainable business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management, strengthen operational practices and embed continuous improvement capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results through collaboration.
• Business proficiency in Thai and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
