IT Project Coordinator – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our Amata Plant in Rayong for a one‑year fixed‑term contract. Fresh graduates are welcome to start their career supporting the SAP S/4HANA rollout and other IT initiatives across our automotive manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and handle administrative tasks related to IT initiatives.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA rollout at the Amata Plant, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Develop and execute communication plans for project updates and status reports.
• Assist with organizational change management and authorisation management within the plant.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required to support the project team.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Science, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Strong written and spoken English (TOEIC ≥ 550 is a plus) and Thai communication skills.
• Ability to organise effective cross‑functional meetings and adapt to regular changes.
• Systematic thinker with a can‑do attitude, problem‑solving skills and a passion for lifelong learning.
