Junior Application Analyst

About the role

Join ATA IT as a Junior Application Analyst supporting the bank’s Wealth Management IT operations from Tuesday to Saturday. You will be the first line of defense for application reliability, security, and performance, directly impacting the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the bank by monitoring applications, handling disaster recovery activities, and resolving technical issues.
• Act as a liaison between delivery squads and operations teams, communicating effectively and escalating complex problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in client application support or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for learning new technologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
