Landside Product Manager

About the role

As a key member of the Product Leadership team, you will drive seamless intermodal solutions for customers in Thailand, aligning with Maersk’s global logistics strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage profit & loss, new and existing customer contracts, and continuous asset optimization.
• Develop and execute the intermodal business strategy in coordination with related products such as Carrier Haulage and Merchant Haulage.
• Lead network development and optimisation to support future growth and sustainable results.
• Collaborate with procurement to optimise the mix of transactional and leased trucks and support new project implementation.
• Identify new leads, drive business development, and manage tender processes.
• Ensure HSSE compliance, drive operational excellence, and implement digital innovations like TMS.
• Follow Maersk Operating System (MOS) for meeting structures and governance.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional experience in landside/transportation business.
• Strong understanding of the local logistics market.
• Financial acumen with ability to read and act on P&L.
• Native Thai language proficiency and professional English level.
• Proven leadership and team‑management track record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with solid commercial orientation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrix organisation.
• Strong communication, cultural openness, and customer‑facing abilities.
