About the role
Join Agoda’s Supply Analytics team in Bangkok as a Lead Analyst. You will drive data‑driven insights that shape the supply ecosystem, working closely with partners and internal stakeholders to improve inventory quality and partner economics.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and hypotheses.
- Extract and analyze data from large‑scale warehouses, delivering statistically robust findings.
- Identify growth opportunities within supply and broader business units.
- Lead new analytical initiatives to boost organisational efficiency.
- Scale data, insight, and intelligence capabilities across the Supply organization.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.
