Lead Engineer – Wealth Management App

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Engineer to own the technical design and delivery of our Wealth Management application. This hands‑on leadership position requires you to move fluidly between high‑level architecture and detailed implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute major product features across backend, frontend, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Write, review and debug production code, prototype solutions, and ensure system reliability.
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers, raise the overall technical bar, and provide clear feedback on designs and code.
• Monitor production, investigate incidents, and continuously improve system observability.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
• Proven technical leadership on large‑scale or high‑complexity projects.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous, distributed environment.
