Legal Manager

About the role

PWC is looking for a Legal Manager to support clients in Thailand with strategic governance, compliance and commercial legal matters. You will work across a range of sectors, providing advice on M&A, contracts and regulatory issues while helping to shape innovative legal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide innovative and commercial solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges, especially in M&A and commercial contracts.
• Develop deep client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on strategic matters.
• Leverage PwC’s market presence to engage clients beyond traditional legal services.
• Lead, develop and inspire junior lawyers as they adapt to regulatory, market and technological changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated tax and legal solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in M&A, legal due diligence (pre‑ and post‑DD), commercial contracts, and licences (BOI, FBA) is a plus.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive team player with excellent commercial acumen and leadership potential.
• Innovative mindset and motivation to develop new ways of delivering commercial legal solutions.
