Legal Senior Associate

About the role

PwC’s Legal Services team in Bangkok is seeking a Senior Associate to support clients in adopting strategic global entity governance. The role involves advising on company incorporation, ongoing compliance with local legislation, and restructuring initiatives to mitigate governance and compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across a range of specialties, including cyber security, technology, banking and intellectual property.
• Assist clients with incorporation of new entities and ensure continuous compliance with local laws.
• Support restructuring projects to manage global business risks.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self‑awareness and coach junior team members.
• Apply critical thinking to transform unstructured problems into actionable solutions.
• Extract insights from industry trends using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, and uphold PwC’s code of ethics.
