Live Operations Moderator (Freelancer)

About the role

aCommerce is looking for a freelance Live Operations Moderator to support its live‑streaming initiatives across multiple e‑commerce platforms. You will work closely with the live anchor and marketing team to ensure smooth, engaging, and compliant broadcasts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage live‑stream software (OBS, TikTok Live Studio) and platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live) to guarantee optimal performance and troubleshoot technical glitches.
• Monitor live chats for inappropriate content, hate speech, or guideline violations and intervene promptly.
• Assist the anchor with pre‑stream equipment setup, script verification, and real‑time support during broadcasts.
• Generate post‑stream reports on viewership, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the anchor, marketing, and technical teams, communicating any issues clearly and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Strong ability to identify and handle inappropriate content, ensuring a positive online environment.
• Effective communication skills in Thai and English.
• Calm under pressure with quick decision‑making abilities.
• Relevant academic background preferred.
