About the role
The Making Links Asia University Programme is a paid work‑experience initiative by Linklaters designed for second‑ to fourth‑year law students from under‑represented backgrounds. It aims to develop technical, professional and commercial skills while providing a global outlook.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a series of interactive webinars and online learning sessions delivered regionally from January to June.
- Engage in one‑on‑one coaching sessions and a paid work‑experience placement at the nearest Linklaters office.
- Attend local office activities and develop confidence using English in a professional setting.
Required profile
- Second, third or fourth‑year law student with an under‑represented background.
- Committed to a career in commercial law and able to demonstrate consistent academic performance.
