Marketing Campaign Specialist (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Marketing Specialist / Campaign Manager to execute impactful marketing campaigns for its business partners. The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and is open to candidates worldwide; a relocation package is offered. You will run high-volume, creative and data-driven campaigns that boost partner business and reach new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of partner campaigns, keeping timelines, quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Design campaign materials, including themes and engagement-focused content tailored to partner audiences.
• Use marketing platforms such as Iterable and Builder.io to deliver campaigns.
• Review past campaigns, communications and projects regularly to find efficiency improvements.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics, recommend enhancements and ensure optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• 1+ year in marketing operations or execution-focused roles with a proven track record of results.
• Ability to handle several campaigns at once without compromising quality.
• Detail-oriented, creative problem solver who refines messaging and meets quality standards.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data.
• Willingness to overlap hours with US teams, for example working two hours in the evening twice a week.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Builder.io, HubSpot, Braze or MailChimp.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
