Media Planner – Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

The Media Planning & Strategy Manager drives sustainable growth for brand partners by designing media strategies that deliver revenue while protecting profitability. Reporting to senior leadership, you will balance aggressive scaling with financial efficiency across the ecommerce landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel media plans that maximize revenue and optimize cost of acquisition.
• Lead allocation, forecasting and sustainable budgeting of media investments across digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze media efficiency (ROAS/ROI) to ensure campaigns meet profitability targets.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for continuous performance improvement.
• Oversee strategic execution on Google, Meta, TikTok and marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Mentor and develop the team, fostering a results‑driven culture and high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in media planning or digital strategy with a focus on growth and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage large‑scale budgets.
• Proven analytical thinking, including data modeling in Excel and GA4.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting commercial KPIs.
• Excellent presentation skills in English and Thai, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian ecommerce ecosystem.
