Medical Education Lab Program Manager & Operations

About the role

The Lab Program Manager, Operations will lead Stryker Medical Education’s cadaveric lab network across East Asia. Based in Bangkok, you will oversee partner lab relationships, equipment logistics, and the delivery of high‑quality surgeon training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen partnerships with cadaveric lab facilities across East Asia, including universities, hospitals, and private bioskills centers.
• Oversee lab agreements, service levels, compliance requirements, and quality assessments.
• Lead logistics planning and execution for lab‑based training events, covering equipment, inventory, shipping, customs clearance, and site readiness.
• Own planning and delivery of all Medical Education events in Bangkok, handling venue, accommodation, transportation, hospitality, and budget management.
• Develop and implement SOPs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and execute regional lab facility strategy, including capacity planning and partnership expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Medical Education, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Event Operations, or Logistics.
• Proven expertise in vendor, partner, and stakeholder management with contract negotiation experience.
• Strong project and operations management capabilities, able to lead multiple initiatives and manage budgets.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Influential communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
