Mold Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mold Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and production of new mold insert spare parts within our precision machining workshop at Bosch’s smart factory in Thailand. You will ensure on‑time delivery, high quality and compliance while driving continuous improvement in our mold manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and manufacturing of new mold insert spare parts.
• Plan and prioritize mold insert production to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and enhance technician competency.
• Monitor workshop expenses, consumable costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Drive quality and safety improvement activities in the tool workshop.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mold & Die Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mold manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of precision machining processes such as EDM, HSM, wire cutting, grinding and laser welding.
• Proficiency with 3D NX, CAD/CAM, SolidWorks and Inventor.
• Ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and solve technical problems.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
