Mold Services & Maintenance Manager

About the role

As the Mold Services & Maintenance Manager you will lead the tool services and maintenance team at Bosch's smart factory in Thailand. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of tooling used in the production of connectors and fuel injection units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tool services and maintenance for serial production, relocations, and new tool projects, including capacity planning and cost control.
• Act as the tool problem‑solving expert, building a PDCA‑based problem‑solving team.
• Coordinate KPI and KPR benchmark improvement activities and monitor productivity.
• Develop competencies for new tool fitting, in‑house tool making, and cavity increase while ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Implement Industry 4.0 technologies (TMS, RAPT, Tableau, Global Tooling Management) to boost tooling productivity.
• Maintain IATF 16949 and related ISO procedures and ensure compliance with Bosch Production System, health‑safety, environmental regulations, and 5S methodology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing tool services and maintenance in the plastic injection industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical information.
