Online Service Specialist

About the role

The Online Service Specialist leads the after‑sales service network for large‑scale PV inverter projects in Thailand, overseeing technical support, team performance and spare‑parts logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage local after‑sales engineers, customer service specialists and dispatchers, establishing a service network across major industrial zones.
• Develop KPIs (FCR, MTTR, CSAT) and conduct regular performance reviews and incentive programs.
• Provide on‑site senior technical support for critical faults such as IGBT burnout, large‑scale shutdowns and grid‑compatibility issues.
• Handle technical inquiries from distributors, EPCs and end‑customers, delivering accurate solutions and inspection reports.
• Coordinate grid‑connection commissioning with local power authorities and ensure successful project delivery and acceptance.
• Standardize after‑sales SOPs, spare‑parts management and compliance with Thai consumer protection and industrial safety laws.
• Build a data‑driven after‑sales quality analysis system and feed insights to R&D and quality teams.
• Maintain key account relationships, train distributors, audit service quality and manage spare‑parts inventory for critical components.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading after‑sales or field service teams in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of PV inverter technology, grid‑connection standards and industrial safety regulations in Thailand.
