About the role
Intellect is looking for a qualified part‑time Psychologist to work onsite in Bangkok. You will be the cornerstone of the company’s mental‑wellbeing initiative, providing individual counseling, group workshops, and peer‑support sessions for employees.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1‑1 mental health counseling and coaching on topics such as resilience, stress management, and well‑being resources.
- Design and facilitate group sessions and workshops to raise mental‑health awareness.
- Moderate peer‑support sessions and track monthly utilisation reports to inform wellbeing strategies.
- Conduct new‑hire training on resilience, stress triggers, and available resources.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical, Counselling or related Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience post‑degree.
- Valid license from ISPA, TAP, or HCPC.
- Professional fluency in both Thai and English.
- Eligibility to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship.
