Operations Manager

About the role

Maersk is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead warehouse activities, optimise processes and improve inventory accuracy within its growing e‑commerce logistics business in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage goods movement, receipt, put‑away, inventory movement, dispatch and export activities.
• Maintain performance records, monitor productivity and ensure compliance with WMS procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues affecting stock accuracy and overall efficiency.
• Monitor day‑to‑day warehouse operations, enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve KPIs based on SWOT analysis.
• Oversee staff performance, taking corrective action when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and at least 3 years in e‑commerce operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
