Oracle OFSAA Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OFSAA Manager to lead finance transformation projects for our clients in Bangkok. As part of PwC’s Oracle Consulting Services, you will work with senior stakeholders to design, implement and test Oracle Financial Services Applications, ensuring end‑to‑end solutions deliver maximum business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of finance transformation programmes, focusing on OFSAA modules such as Funds Transfer Pricing, Profitability Management and Asset Liability Management.
• Manage cross‑functional workstreams, coordinating functional and technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop thought‑leadership content for digital finance.
• Support the creation of marketing case studies and pre‑sales materials.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Oracle Financial Services Applications and Analytics (minimum three OFSAA modules).
• Strong background in finance processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large‑scale implementations and client engagements.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing talent.
