Payroll Specialist (Junior to Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Bangkok. The role is pivotal in ensuring our total rewards strategy is competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals, covering salary, commissions, benefits and related payroll functions.

Key responsibilities

• Process full‑cycle payroll for all employees, including salary, commission, allowances, Social Security, Provident Fund and Group Health Insurance.
• Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system for new hires, transfers, rotations and terminations.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labour and tax laws, government regulations and internal controls.
• Prepare bonus evaluation forms and collect attendance data for payroll calculations.
• Administer benefits programmes, manage open enrolments, communications, audits and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with government agencies such as the Revenue Department on payroll and benefits matters.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of payroll management experience, preferably handling a workforce of 800+ employees.
• Degree in Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Labour Law and Thai Tax Law.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TigerSoft payroll software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
