Pricing Optimization Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team to experiment with pricing strategies, develop predictive models, and turn data insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with pricing strategies across traffic sources and customer segments, adapting to new product features and rolling out successful tests.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, build predictive models (e.g., demand elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation roadmaps.
• Create dashboards, track performance metrics, derive insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast‑growing tech company.
• Exposure to data analysis packages or databases (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL).
• Strong numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a data‑driven mindset.
