Process Engineer Intern

About the role

Join NXP in Bangkok as a Process Engineer Intern, supporting product performance improvement and manufacturing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Improve product performance and provide technical solutions to meet yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals.
• Investigate and analyze processing and equipment factors to implement engineering qualifications and projects.
• Lead improvement projects focusing on quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, supporting the production floor.
• Qualify new product programs/recipes and follow up to enhance manufacturability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science or related field.
• Internship, lab, workshop or project experience in manufacturing, testing, maintenance or process improvement is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel and common productivity tools; exposure to lab, quality or production systems is a plus.
• Interest in process improvement, quality, equipment or operations with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
