Product & Solutions Manager – Security Solutions (Thailand)

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions (SSO) team protects the payment ecosystem through authentication, fraud prevention, risk mitigation and cyber‑threat intelligence. Reporting to the Vice President, SSO SEA West, the Product & Solutions Manager will own the complete SSO product and solution suite for the Thailand market, working closely with the Thailand Country Team and regional product, sales, and delivery groups.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for SSO product and solution queries from customers and account teams in Thailand.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, training and technical assistance to existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across geographies to drive go‑to‑market roll‑outs, ongoing support and product maintenance.
• Assist the VP in product‑suite P&L reviews, revenue performance analysis, pacing and budgeting.
• Develop and communicate thought leadership on fraud trends, best practices and future product opportunities to internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a proven track record of building rapport and delivering support.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail for rational solution design.
• Ability to partner effectively in a diverse, cross‑functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing product portfolios within the payments or security domain is preferred.
