Production Engineer – Manufacturing & Process Improvement

About the role

The Production Engineer will be responsible for driving safety, cost, quality and delivery performance on the shop‑floor of Bosch Automotive Thailand. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimise productivity and ensure that key performance indicators such as OEE, capacity and cost reduction targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve safety, cost, quality and delivery performance to meet business unit targets.
• Lead KPI improvement projects focusing on productivity, OEE, quality management, 0‑km complaints, IDC, capacity, DIO, RPP and tooling cost reduction.
• Manage Business Process System (BPS) activities, including System CIP implementation.
• Define and apply lean manufacturing concepts to eliminate losses across the shop floor.
• Execute assignments from senior management and support CIP projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a Master’s degree).
• Strong knowledge of production and process improvement methodologies.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to support team‑wide continuous improvement projects.
