About the role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor at Fasco Motors in Nonthaburi. The role ensures product quality, meets daily output targets and collaborates closely with planning and quality teams.
Key responsibilities
- Control production quality in line with Job Instruction Breakdown (JIB) standards.
- Manage daily production output to meet schedules, coordinating with the planning department.
- Monitor and enforce ISO 9001 quality standards and workplace safety regulations (JRA, JIB).
- Analyze production data to identify improvements and ensure efficient operations.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and ability to enforce them.
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle or SAP.
