About the role
The Production Supervisor will lead a manufacturing team at Regal Rexnord’s Bang Krang facility, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals are met while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a Zero Harm safety culture, conduct daily Gemba walks, and manage risk assessments.
- Control product quality, analyze defects, and lead Kaizen, JDI, and root‑cause activities.
- Manage daily output, monitor first‑pass yield, and oversee efficient changeovers.
- Analyze production costs, monitor consumables, and support cost‑reduction projects.
- Maintain accurate WIP records in Oracle ERP, coordinate material flow, and participate in cycle counts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands‑on experience with Kaizen, Lean, or continuous‑improvement projects.
- Good English communication skills.
Required skills
- Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) data analysis.
- Oracle ERP (or similar) for WIP and inventory management.
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma methodologies.
