Professional Workshop Facilitator & Master of Ceremonies

About the role

FHI 360 is seeking an experienced professional to facilitate and serve as Master of Ceremonies for the Regional Workshop on Funding Diversification Strategies for Community‑Based Organizations in Asia. The three‑day event will take place 26‑28 August 2026 at the Renaissance Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Design, lead, and moderate workshop sessions to ensure active participation and knowledge exchange.
• Act as Master of Ceremonies, managing the agenda, introductions, and transitions between speakers.
• Coordinate with presenters, CBO representatives, and logistical staff to maintain smooth event flow.
• Adapt facilitation techniques to a multicultural audience and address emerging discussion points.
• Document key outcomes and provide a concise post‑event summary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional workshop facilitation and MC roles.
• Familiarity with HIV/AIDS programs, community‑based organizations, or international development contexts is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Availability for the full duration of the workshop in Bangkok.
