Project Director & Construction Roles for Hyperscale Data Centre

About the role

Join a high‑visibility hyperscale data centre project in Thailand, leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants, contractors and specialists. The positions are based on‑site in Samut Prakan and Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Project Director – provide executive leadership, oversee senior stakeholders and align project milestones, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Construction Manager – manage day‑to‑day site construction, coordinate contractors, enforce safety standards and maintain strict schedules.
• CSA Project Manager – lead civil, structural and architectural packages, handle contractor management and oversee structural execution and finishes.
• QA/QC Manager – establish quality frameworks, conduct site inspections, manage testing documentation and ensure compliance with client specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in a Project Management Consultancy, client‑side team or Tier 1 contractor delivering major construction or critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to keep multidisciplinary teams aligned.
