Project Director – Hyperscale Data Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced construction leader to direct a major hyperscale data center project in Thailand. You will oversee the project from early design through final client handover, working on two new sites in Samut Prakan and Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project phases, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.
• Direct engineers, contractors, and consultants on site.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates.
• Maintain quality control and compliance throughout the project.

Required profile

• 12+ years managing large construction projects.
• Direct experience with hyperscale data centers or other mission‑critical facilities.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Background with a PMC, client team, or Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong communication and site leadership abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
