Project Engineering Manager – End‑of‑Line Automated Packing

About the role

The Project Engineering Manager will lead end‑of‑line automated packing projects for Nestlé’s food manufacturing operations in Samut Prakan. You will be responsible for defining project scope, drafting user requirements, and ensuring hygienic design standards are met throughout execution.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and objectives to define clear outcomes.
• Write basic User Requirement Specifications (URS) aligned with hygienic design principles.
• Consult with 2‑3 suppliers, analyse offers, and recommend the most suitable partner.
• Organise contractor and factory activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor installation, guaranteeing compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience as a project engineer in food manufacturing, especially on end‑of‑line packing lines.
• Strong knowledge of hygienic design principles and their practical application.
• Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
