Project Engineering Manager – Warehouse Automation

About the role

Lead the design, implementation, commissioning, and handover of warehouse automation and intralogistics projects. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, commission, and hand over warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, IT, Procurement, Legal teams, and external automation suppliers.
• Drive supplier selection, technical evaluation, tendering, and contract management.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and implement emerging automation technologies to support future business growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project engineering, warehouse automation, or intralogistics.
• Proven track record managing complex cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation systems, material handling equipment, controls integration, and process optimization.
• Fluent English communication skills.
